These are the largest conforming grips on the market

The KUYKENDALL-ENERGY-LOADED GRIP adds distance by increasing club head speed. When weight is evenly distributed around the axis of rotation (five inches from the butt of the club), you can increase the energy at the grip during the swing.

Would you rather hit an object with a roll of quarters in your hand or with your bare hand? Obviously, with a roll of quarters. The quarters do not slow down your hands and the increase in energy is very large.

If you add the correct amount of weight in the grip, you will find that you have a better feel with the club (more total weight) and that the club is easier to swing. The scientific reason is that you are reducing the Radius of Gyration (ROG). The ROG is defined as the distance from the axis that a point mass 'M' must be placed if the mass is to have the same 'I' (Moment of Inertia) as the actual body does.

I = (K/M)1/2

As can be seen from the formula, the larger the 'M', the closer the ROG gets to the axis of rotation (your hands).

What this means for a golf club, is that the balance point moves from the head toward the grip. When the ROG is optimized for clubs, you obtain the greatest club head speed along with the best possible feel. The additional energy in the hands and grip combination drives the hands through impact.

Kuykendall experimented for 3 1/2 years with grips weighting between 68 and 125 grams.  And learned that the ideal weight for a grip is 90 grams. If the grip is heavier, you lose club head feel. If the grip is lighter, the head feels too heavy. Science can predict, but it takes thousands of golfers hitting balls to determine the optimum grip weight.

The KUYKENDALL-ENERGY-LOADED GRIP is 10 inches long, 1.25 inches at the butt and 0.9 inches at the tip. This is 3/8" larger than standard grips. The taper is very large also. This makes it much easier to hold on to the grip - especially with a 10 finger grip. You don't have to squeeze to hold on to the The KUYKENDALL-ENERGY-LOADED GRIP.

The KUYKENDALL-ENERGY-LOADED GRIP is designed to be used with separated hands (TEN fingers):

Lever-Power-Golf
Natural Golf (Their current grips do not conform to USGA Rules)
Jerry Heard's Super Swing
Golfers with arthritis
Anyone who wants to experience greater distance and grip control

The KUYKENDALL-ENERGY-LOADED GRIP is for every golfer -- don't fall for the ridiculous myth that fat grips cause a slice.
